This document fulfils the function of providing information to the user in accordance with the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). As the current version must remain available at the time of any data collection, all the previous versions are listed here:

The company DACHS GmbH and its employees undertake to protect and respect the personal data of its customers who have communicated their data to us. These data protection regulations have been drawn up for that reason. In particular the care with which we deal with the personal data that is entrusted to us is made clear through these regulations.
Our data protection regulations are made available in the public domain in order to make it clear to our customers and to reassure them that we will take all appropriate steps to implement these regulations in our company also. If any changes should be made to these regulations, your data will continue to be subject to the version in force at the time when the data was collected. Older versions remain in the public domain.
As a rule our web pages may be used without divulging the identity of the visitor and without the need to pass on personal information. However, like most companies offering a website, we automatically save the URL from which our visitors reach our website in order to be able to analyse these results later by statistical methods. However, the individual user remains anonymous in such cases. We do not collect user profiles based on pseudonyms, and we do not use cookies. By this we mean a method of identifying users when they return to our website, in which the user's browser notes the information sent during a visit by a web server and then divulges this at the time of the next visit. In some places on our website - for example, on the pages where information is asked for - customers may enter personal data. At such points we will inform the customer of this and we will also make reference to our intended use of this data in each case. The user will always have the option of not divulging the information that we ask for. The information may therefore also be given by telephone or via the regular post. Please use the contact options as given to inform us of this.
Data will be used only for the purpose of rendering the service offered. If data should be used for other purposes, an explicit note is made of this and additional consent is required.
By sending us a form you give your consent to the storage of your data. You have the right to revoke this consent. We will delete a user's data at any time if called upon to do so by the user. Data for accounting purposes is unaffected by such deletion.
DACHS is obliged to disclose information to users about the data held about them on request.
All personal data communicated to us by users is intended only for internal use by DACHS. If data should be passed on to service providers in the course of processing order data, this is bound by the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and other statutory regulations. Insofar as we are legally obliged or obliged as the result of the decision of a court to do so, we will pass on your data to offices entitled to receive information. Once again, at this point we expressly assure you that no personal information will be passed on to third parties in any other way.
We will do our utmost to safeguard the accuracy of the personal information that we receive from our customers. We take appropriate steps to protect this information from access or exposure by third parties.
